At Viloi, we are committed to providing exceptional artificial intelligence services. However, we recognize that there may be circumstances where a refund is warranted. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, the process for requesting a refund, and the limitations and exclusions that apply. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Eligibility for a refund is strictly limited to purchases made within the last fourteen (14) calendar days. Additionally, the services must not have been used in any capacity. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Processing of documents
  • Making API calls
  • Utilizing any features or tools available on the platform

Any usage of the services, no matter how minimal, will render the purchase ineligible for a refund due to the significant costs associated with providing AI services. Viloi reserves the right to verify account activity to ensure compliance with this condition.

2. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must contact our refund team via email at refunds@viloi.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Your request must include the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Viloi account
  • The exact date of the purchase

Failure to provide all required information may result in a delay or denial of your request. Refund requests submitted after the fourteen (14)-day period from the initial purchase will not be considered.

3. Refund Review and Processing

Upon receiving your complete refund request, Viloi will acknowledge receipt and begin a review process. This review involves verifying purchase details and assessing eligibility based on our policy criteria, including service usage. Please allow upto fourteen (14) calendar days for this review process to be completed. We appreciate your patience during this period.

After the review period, we will notify you via email regarding the outcome of your request (approved or denied). If your request is approved, the refund will typically be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days following the approval notification.

Note that any transaction fees or charges imposed by payment processors or financial institutions are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

Certain purchases may be designated as non-refundable at the time of sale, such as promotional offers or special discounts. Additionally, accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions are ineligible for refunds, regardless of usage. Regarding complimentary introductory periods, commonly referred to as "free trials," it is important to note that these do not constitute a purchase in the traditional sense and thus fall outside the purview of this refund policy. Any usage during such a period, however minimal, may impact eligibility for future considerations, though the exact implications are not specified here.

Refunds will be issued in the currency of the original transaction. Viloi is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.
